THE BOND OF LOVE
Share
The bond of love makes life the most beautiful state of human existence imaginable. The same bond of love makes for the most precarious, even dangerous state of human experience we shall ever know.
Love, the type of love that physically shreds us to the core of our being requires our unilateral, voluntary self sacrifice in the spiritual realm. Next to that is the unbreakable covenant that we will lay down our physical life for those we love.
We cannot abide irresponsibility in love. To do so is the meanest form of deceitful cowardice which lowers our character and nature to the point that we begin to despise our own existence.
If love remained at the theoretical stage it would be easy to claim victory and live happily ever after.
However life and love are the foundation of our very existence, and the crux of our identity as Americans.
These things cannot be undone. Therefore we must engage ourselves along the line that our existence as free people is dependent on what we do to enforce our cherished American way of life.
I would equate the magnificent unique liberty of American Freedom with the all consuming responsibility to love and protect our families and those who may be counting on us even if we do not know them, nor possess the awareness that they are depending on us.
The preservation of our American Heritage and Culture must be preserved and protected.
Our founding fathers knew this and gave us the divine guidance of a constitution and bill of rights to fulfill the mission.
The Second Amendment to the Constitution providing for our right to keep and bear arms follows directly after our First Amendment rights of religion, free speech, a free press, the right to assemble and address our grievances. Our right to keep and bear arms is ranked above our Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure and our Fifth Amendment Right to refuse to be compelled to testify against ourselves or be deprived of life or liberty without due process.
We have been handed the most serious and timeless statements known to mankind to govern our nation in the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Together with the word of God upon which all freedom springs forth, we have the duty and the responsibility to preserve and protect ourselves and one another; love our neighbor as ourselves and maintain the precious freedom of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
